I am Karl-Åke Antonson and have had Skye Terriers since 1974 when I bought my first one, a bitch called Bimbola Korina who was made up quickly, She was then bred to Ch Opulus of Skyeline to produce the lovely dog Int Nord Ch Silverprint Pampas. He became once in a life time dog winning under breed experts like Margareth Mac Donald Cross (Tarskvaig) and Olga Smid (Olivia) in very hot competition and was nearly always placed in the very strong terrier group, in addition he also won best in show at a Terrier Club Speciality show.

Int Nord Ch Silverprint Pampas as a veteran, having just won best veteran in show at a general ch show under Mr Hans Lehtinen

Olga Smid with Olivia Made In USA before her journey to Sweden

When visiting the terrier show in Terrytown, USA, I was very impressed by Olga Smid's Olivia dogs and decided that was the breeding I wanted. Olga was a very good penfriend and kept me up-to-date with her breeding plans. I was very lucky to get 'Chris', she was a very good skye and an excellent brood bitch.

I bred her to Pampas twice and it produced several excellent skyes such as Int Nord Ch Silverprint Crack The Sky, Int Nord Ch Silverprint Beetle and Int Ch Silverprint Cracklin Rose.

Beetle continued the line here and was eventually bred to the drop eared Floriando (Florian of Morningsky x Acheo Alice Springs), I also had his litter sister Fleur de Lis - they were both made up quickly.

GB Ch Silverprint Good Fellow at Esgia was exported to George & Cathie McLeod and was later joined by GB Ch Silverprint North Star at Esgia. Good Fellow had a fabolous show career, winning best of breed at Cruft's, twice best in show at the breed club show as well as best of breed at National Terrier. He and North Star were eventually bred together and produced some top winning stock for George and Cathie.
